Terms of Use
The terms governing access to and use of Robin, including our website, waitlist, and pre-release services.
Last updated July 3, 2026
Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the websites, waitlist, preview programs, products, and services offered by Robin ("Robin," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using Robin, including by joining the waitlist, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Robin on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to that organization.
Waitlist and early access
Robin may offer a waitlist, preview access, design-partner programs, or beta features. Joining the waitlist does not create a contract for service, guarantee access, priority, pricing, or availability.
We may accept, defer, or decline waitlist requests at our sole discretion. We may contact you using the email address you provide about Robin, early access, onboarding, and related updates, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Waitlist and pre-release features may change, be limited, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. Pre-release features are provided for evaluation purposes and may contain errors or incomplete functionality.
Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use Robin or join the waitlist. You may use Robin only in compliance with applicable laws and these Terms.
Accounts and access
Some features require registration or invitation. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use Robin in a way that violates law, infringes rights, or exposes others to harm.
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information to the waitlist or service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Robin, other accounts, or connected systems.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the normal operation or security of the service, except as permitted by law.
- Upload or transmit malware, spam, or unlawful content through the service.
- Use Robin to build or train a competing product using non-public aspects of the service.
Customer data and integrations
You and your organization retain ownership of data you submit to Robin or authorize Robin to access through integrations.
You grant Robin the rights necessary to host, process, transmit, and display that data solely to provide and improve the service, support users, and maintain security.
You are responsible for obtaining any permissions required to connect third-party tools and for configuring access in line with your organization's policies.
Communications
By joining the waitlist or using Robin, you consent to receive electronic communications from us, including service, onboarding, and product-related messages, at the contact information you provide.
You may opt out of non-essential marketing communications as described in our Privacy Policy.
Intellectual property
Robin and its content, branding, software, and documentation are owned by Robin or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Robin for your internal business purposes.
Disclaimers
Robin is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Robin provides visibility and coordination tools. Pre-release and waitlist access do not constitute a finished product offering. You remain responsible for business decisions, compliance obligations, and outcomes based on information shown in the service.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robin and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from or related to your use of the service or waitlist.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Robin's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid Robin in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100).
Indemnification
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Robin from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the service, your data, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Robin or remove waitlist entries if you violate these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us, or where required by law.
You may stop using Robin at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnification.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where Robin is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
