The execution layer
Plans are easy. Execution is everything.
Robin connects authorized company context to a living execution picture: what the goal is, who can own the work, what evidence supports it, where risk sits and what should happen next.
An execution teammate for complex work
Robin is an execution-intelligence platform and execution teammate for organizations coordinating complex work across people and systems. It investigates authorized context, remembers useful organizational knowledge, builds accountable execution artifacts and remains available as work changes.
It is not merely a task tracker, setup wizard, dashboard or stateless chatbot. Robin’s role is to connect the evidence and people behind a plan so execution stays understandable.
A living execution picture
Illustrative example: one project field connects a stated goal, real accountable people, a material risk or dependency, source evidence and the next governed action. Keeping those elements connected makes the reason behind the work readable.
Robin assigns a verified person when evidence supports the choice, asks the user to choose when several credible candidates remain, and otherwise saves a readable roadmap with ownership explicitly To be defined. It does not invent a person or silently drop the roadmap.
What Robin currently does
A user describes an outcome in natural language. Robin performs a bounded grounded preflight, investigates authorized sources and company knowledge, and creates a project Wiki and structured roadmap with dates, dependencies, evidence and accountable people where supportable.
The same project conversation continues after creation. Polling-based review can publish evidence-backed material updates, while consequential roadmap revisions or external changes retain human review and their applicable authorization semantics.
- Describe an outcome and complete a bounded grounded preflight.
- Investigate authorized sources, organization knowledge and People.
- Create durable Wiki, roadmap, ownership, dependency and evidence artifacts.
- Continue through project chat and polling-based material updates.
The surfaces that carry the work
Project conversation keeps planning and follow-up in one thread. Organization and project Wiki pages preserve source-backed knowledge. The canonical People directory supports honest ownership, while roadmap history, proactive Updates and connected-system integrations keep evidence and change inspectable.

Useful context can compound
Investigations can enrich source-backed organizational knowledge, giving later work a stronger starting point for context gathering. Robin preserves durable memory rather than treating every interaction as an isolated prompt.
Automatic learning from every outcome is direction, not a current capability. Present behavior remains grounded in authorized sources, accepted artifacts and evidence that people can inspect.
Available now, and where Robin is going
Available now
grounded project setup, Wiki, People, evidence-backed roadmaps, continuing project chat, polling-only material updates and currently supported human-approved provider actions.
Direction
deeper provider breadth and freshness, richer collaboration, broader approved actions, outcome-learning loops and digital-executive applications. Direction is presented separately and is not a statement of current availability.
Questions, answered.
Everything evaluators need to understand Robin’s current product and access boundaries.
- 01
What is Robin?
Robin is an execution-intelligence platform and execution teammate for complex organizational work. It investigates authorized company context, creates durable project knowledge and accountable roadmaps, and helps people review material changes as work progresses.
- 02
How does Robin create a roadmap from company context?
A person describes the outcome in natural language. Robin performs a bounded preflight, investigates relevant authorized sources, the organization Wiki and People directory, and then builds a readable project Wiki and roadmap grounded in dates, dependencies, evidence and supportable ownership.
- 03
What happens when Robin cannot confidently find an owner?
Robin names a verified person only when evidence supports the choice. When several credible candidates remain, it asks the user to choose. When no suitable verified person exists, Robin still saves a readable roadmap and marks the owner To be defined instead of inventing someone or dropping the plan.
- 04
Does Robin change connected systems automatically?
No. Project setup reads authorized context and writes Robin-owned Wiki and roadmap artifacts. A supported external action can be prepared elsewhere only within its approved action surface, and a consequential provider write retains applicable human review and worker reauthorization.
- 05
Which integrations can Robin currently use?
Robin supports reviewed provider families across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, work management, CRM and HiBob. Search, exact-read, freshness and approved-write breadth differ by provider, scopes and deployment configuration, so the authenticated Integrations surface is the authority for a specific organization.
- 06
How can an organization get access?
Robin is currently available to approved design partners. Sign in with an approved account to enter the existing access check. Organizations evaluating a bounded cross-functional workflow can contact the Robin team to discuss a design partnership and its authorization boundaries.
